"Just to let you know I have read your book and have been working out and walked 2.5 miles today. I am in the process of joining a new gym and doing alot of cardio, I have lost inches in my thighs and my waist and hips and gained muscle in my arms. I have been watching what I eat and focusing on my body and also my emotional health, I realized that I would eat because I was simply bored. Thank you for encouraging me!
